1. Show Directory and Web Listing  The information you provide on the Directory & Promotions Form is used to:

- Create your company's listing and highlight the new products or services you will offer at the show in the printed Show Directory distributed onsite.

- Create your company's online listing. NEW this year, the web listing found at www.fabtechexpo.com will only include company name, address, phone, fax and web address unless the Print & Web Advertising Insertion Order Form is completed.

*Due to production schedules, deadlines vary for our print products. Make sure to complete the Directory & Promotions Form early and note the deadlines listed within the form to ensure your company is listed.    

2. Customized Show Tickets

Target key customers and potential customers with customized, self-mailer invitations available free of charge to all exhibitors. These passes allow you to invite your customers and prospects to register to attend the show for FREE. Here are a few suggestions for distributing show tickets:

- Have your sales force hand them out during their sales calls or mail to customers with a personal note.

- Schedule a special mailing to customers with a letter highlighting why they should attend and what new solution you'll be unveiling at the sho.

- If you utilize a distributor network to sell your products, be sure to provide them with passes and ask them to invite their prospects to attend the show. Regional distributors offer huge potential for bringing buyers to your booth.

- Insert tickets into all company mailings, invoices, newsletters, and business correspondence.

3. Customized HTML Email Invitations

Invite your best customers and prospects to visit your booth by sending an HTML email invitation, customized with your company logo, booth number, and link to your Web site. This is an easy way for the recipient to learn about the show, register for free online and learn more about your company and the products you plan to display at the show. The customized HTML file will be emailed to you with instructions on how to utilize this product.

4. Banner Ads

Place the FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show, including METALFORM banner ad on your Web site to announce your presence at the show. The banners link directly to the show Web site so visitors can discover the benefits of attending the show and register online.

5. Show Logo

2. Multiple Company Listings
An additional company listing provides individual attention in the directory and on the show Web site for each of the partnering companies sharing a booth.

3.  Sponsorships
Sponsorships put your company name in front of thousands of serious buyers before, during and after the event and deliver a solid return on your investment. In addition to benefits unique to each sponsorship, all sponsors will be recognized in the Official Show Directory, featured on the event's Web sites and listed on sponsor "Thank You" signage. 4.  Pre-Registered Attendee Mailing List
A list of pre-registered attendees is available for exhibitors to purchase for a one-time mailing to promote your presence at the show. Invite pre-registered attendees with an interest in the product categories you represent to visit your booth.

5. Targeted Rental List
Purchase of a list of professionals from many disciplines within the metal forming, fabricating and welding industries. Target your marketing message to readers of magazines published by the show sponsor associations. Select by technical interest, job function, plant size and /or geography.
