About Us

FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show including METALFORM is actually comprised of three trade shows, FABTECH International® established in 1981, aligned with the AWS Welding Show in 2005 and also the METALFORMING Show in 2008. All three of these prestigious shows in their own right have come together to better serve the metal forming, fabricating and welding industry. Currently the FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show including METALFORM is co-sponsored by the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, International (FMA), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the American Welding Society (AWS) and the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), and supported by industry partners the National Association of Manufacturing (NAM) and the Association of Manufacturing Technology (AMT).
