Visa Letter Requests
Exhibitor Personnel and Attendees
Whether you are an exhibitor or an attendee, you must first register to attend the show before a visa letter request can be processed. Letters will only be issued to exhibiting companies that have paid exhibit contracts or attendees who have completed their registration. The option to request the visa letter can be found:
- at the end of the online registration process, OR
- under the Quick Links section of your registration confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically sent after the registration process is complete. Please follow this link and complete all pertinent information requested including your name, job title, company name, address, registration ID etc. Letters will be e-mailed as a PDF document. EXHIBITOR NOTE: If you do not click at the end of registration to print your visa letter and choose to go to the visa letter link from the confirmation letter — your Username & Password will be required.
Due to Visa processing time required by the United States embassy facilities, we recommend that individuals build in ample time before their planned travel date.
